This program is 100% FREE! Open to 6th, 7th, and 8th graders. Located at Lodge Hill in Plymouth open Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday and in Jackson at The Hub open Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 2-5.
We do all sorts of fun activities and projects as well as the occasional field trip
(free also!). Homework help is available and snacks are provided. We are open Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and
Thursdays from 2pm-5pm. Be sure to bring your completed and signed by a parent
waiver form. We will not meet on school holidays or minimum days. We hope to

Friends of the Amador County Library present Tom Rigney & Flambeau in concert at 3pm, Sunday, March 22 at The Call (Calvary Chapel), Pine Grove. They'll raise the roof with "fiery Cajun and zydeco, low-down blues, funky New Orleans grooves and beautiful ballads and waltzes". Tickets are $22 ($25 at the door, if available) and go on sale Feb. 1 at Hein & Co., Jackson, or by mail at FACL Concert, c/o Powell, 13910 Rose Quartz Court, Pine Grove, CA 95665. The Duck Race takes place Saturday, April 25th at Minnie Provis Park in Sutter Creek. Races start at 9am. Duck Race tickets will be available starting March 6th at the ACRA office and from the beneficiaries listed.

Take a trip back in time on the ghost trails adventure! A scavenger hunt through the historic Pine Grove, Aqueduct and Volcano cemeteries. Use a map to find specific cemeteries on the adventure. Find the headstones that correspond to short stories of pioneers, their journey west and settling in Amador County. Packets are $10, available at the ACRA office or we can email it to you. This is a great family activity!
Proceeds benefits ACRA and the Amador County Cemetery Board.
Children of all ages! Come to The Hub Youth & Community Center Saturdays Feb 21, Mar 28, Apr 18 and May 23 for a fun-filled day. Play pool, air hockey, ping pong, foosball, do projects, activities, group games and more. The cost is only $5 and parents are welcome. Drop-ins are OK, and snacks will be provided. The Hub is located on Main Street in downtown Jackson, above Hein & Co. Books.

Join us for our 1st annual fundraiser dinner to help our youth thrive at ACRA's HUB Youth & Community Center. Your dollars will support free year-round youth programs, art, music & theater classes, computers, software, books & arcade games.

Amador County Recreation Agency (ACRA), in partnership with Amador Flyfishers, a local fly fishing club, is pleased to offer a course on the ins and outs of fly fishing to those who want to learn about the sport.
Course content includes: What fly fishing is about, Bugs, their life cycle and importance in fly fishing, Overview of fly fishing equipment and how to use it, Where to find fish and why they are where they are, Where to go fly fishing and special regulations, Casting techniques - a demonstration and an opportunity to practice.
Cost is $40 and classes will be held on June 13 & 14 9:00 am - 4:00 pm at The HUB / 206B Main Street, Jackson. Class size is limited to 20 people. Must be 18 years or older. Ages 12-17 may attend, but must be accompanied by an adult participant.
A fishing trip is scheduled for June 27th. Time and location to be announced.

Boys and girls ages 7-14 learn & play doubles and/or singles tennis on co-ed teams in three ability levels: beginning, intermediate and advanced. No experience is necessary, beginners are welcome!
Six match days April 11 to May 16. Matches on Saturday afternoons between 12 and 5pm depending on the total number of teams. Practices begin as early as week of March 23 (up to three practices before 1st match). Exact time & location of practices will be announced when rosters are determined.
Cost: $70 first child, $45 second child, $10 third child (max of $125 per household) Registrations must be RECEIVED by March 6. Register early, space is limited. Preference may be given to those who register first.
