Amador County Recreation Agency is now looking for referees and umpires for multiple adult and youth sports. ACRA is looking to build a base of reliable referees and umpires that are available to work during the ACRA hosted sports seasons. Sports could be men's, women's, or co-ed. If you have experience officiating in sports including; Men's and/or Women's Basketball, Volleyball, Softball, Flag Football, or Soccer please contact us immediately!

About Us

ACRA's Mission

ACRA shall maximize recreational opportunities for all residents of Amador County through sustainable planning, financing, facilities operations, and programs.
We do this by:
  • Providing programs including free or low cost after school care, art classes, special events and sports leagues
  • Improving and maintaining more than 100 acres of parkland and plans for the sustainable development of future facilities
  • Bringing outside funding to the county by attracting visitors and through grant writing and management
  • Evaluating local recreation policies
  • Connecting the public to local recreation opportunities

By visiting the website there are several ways that you can get involved:
    First, you can use the Public Comment Map to help us to identify where you already walk and bike in the county, points of interest such as historical sites or community assets that can be accessed by walkers and bikers as well as existing hazards .
    Second, you can take our survey to help us better understand your walking and biking needs in the area. More information is available on the website.

    The public comment period to participate in the survey and comment map will be open until November 14th, 2016.
